When people think of psychosocial problems, they often assume that symptoms and signs only appear in our mind, but these effects can appear in our body as well. For example, A feeling of heaviness, headache, a feeling of heavy and stiff-body, numbness, immobility of arms and legs, increased heartbeat, fast breathing, difficulty breathing, nausea, always feeling tired even after good rest, and general weakness can all signal psychosocial problems.

Here is what you can try to feel better:

  • Make sure you have a regular daily routine - eat at regular times and get a good night's sleep.
  • Be physically active! Do sports or any other physical exercise.
  • Try to relax by taking walks, doing yoga or meditating regularly.
  • Try various tips and tools on our website, including the audio-visual materials on mindfulness, deep breathing, grounding and other.
